As predicted earlier, the RNC got back on track yesterday afternoon. There were speeches, sermons, videos--and amidst the multimedia circus, more than one declaration of principles.

    Do you feel that you're experiencing history in the making or is it a side-show with little bearing on life as most people live it?

      Hi gamahuche. It's fun, it's fatiguing, and it's a made-for-TV spectacular, which can leave you profoundly stirred at one moment, irreparably cynical the next. I've certainly seen some historic moments along the way. But right now I need a long nap :).
