Horay for Texas. Two down and one to go. It will not bring Jennifer and Elizabeth back but at least there will be no others little girls not coming home because of Medellin and his gang of sick bastards.

One thing the article did not mention is that Medellin did not inform Texas offical until after he was convicted that he was a Mexican National.
