  A third version! C'mon guys, don't you get it? This is so stupid! Put out the first version and get on with it. Jeesh! what is the world coming to... this is so unbelievable.

  Once again the editors have selected the most compelling story of the day to peg at the top of their home page. They have a remarkable talent for recognizing just which submissions will attract the greatest interest and participation.

  While they're not doing anything else, the editors might want to eliminate all the sock puppets who voted for this submission. But it might take an internal investigation to determine who controls them. Gee, that would be a lot of trouble.
