He did, but they could always do a prequel. I know there has been lots of talk about them doing more about the war. But then Wash wouldnt even be in it then either, since he wasnt part of the crew(as there was no crew). Either way, i wouldnt doubt him on it. Why would he lie? just burn bridges with his friends and business contacts in hollywood.
