What is the problem with all these antiYoutTubers??!!?--they're getting incredible free advertising for products that would otherwise be completely forgotten by now. I think Cuban feels the train has passed him by. Just another case of sour grapes--an already rich man not being rich enough. If the guy really goes through with this, YouTubers should boycott anything made by Cuban's studio. (What have they made anyway?)

My intense dislike of Mark Cuban is so high that I would love to see him fail.

Mark Cuban is a GREEDY BASTARD! Is it a coincidence that two of the MOST obnoxious owners in PRO SPORTS are in Dallas! Mark Cuban - Mavericks Jerry Jones - Cowboys!

Everything is BIGGER in Texas including these two owners's egos! You have billions so quit crying about it!

Mark Cuban is a self made billionaire, un like Don Trump who got his wealth from his dad. Youtube does not have people out to get it. There are some people that would like there stolen goods returned.

Intellectual property as a concept will become more obsolete as digital technology advances.

dream on. it just means that scientists will need extra training on how to secure servers in order to make any money, and that's not too hard even now - unplug what holds your good stuff from the web. have fun with passwords and a nearly infinite assortment of locked gateways as the future of the internet.

I agree with Cuban. Why would you buy a company that is known for piracy. If I were a studio I would have done the same thing. Wait for a major company to buy YouTube and then sue them for copyright infringement. You'll get more money and you'll get more press. I'd do it especially if I was a small studio.

I don't know who Cuban is, nor did I recognize any of the movie titles, but a thought did occur to me, if I post enough vids on the web someone will post them on youtube then I can sue everyone who downloads them, if I can get enough people to download them I can quit my day job.

Truth of the matter especially re music videos is that vast majority of material would never be seen by anyone ever again if it were not being posted on YouTube. YouTube has made it possible for many artists who were on road to oblivion to be, if not exactly rediscovered, then to be seen and enjoyed again. Would Sumner Redstone ever release clips of groups that appeared in 60s on CBS (which I think is owned by his company Viacom)? No. There's zero money in it--so, yeah, I say, why do Cuban and Redstone go to the trouble? If I were psychoanalyst, I would say they are anal-compulsives and were never properly toiled trained. (They had to keep everything inside of them.)
